Peñíscola 2008

Peñíscola is a town situated at the East of Spain, built on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. It is not as famous as other Spanish cities, but that doesn’ t mean it is not a lovely place. Those who are sea lovers and want to spend a vacation at Valencia, should make a trip up to Peñíscola as well. The distance is about 145km, an hour and half by car approximately. Above all, stands the stunning castle of the town. There are houses of interesting architecture inside, shops, restaurants and the roads are made of stone, while a stone wall surrounds the castle. If you climb the stairs up to the battlements of the castle, you can have a magnificent view all over the town! You can see for yourself over here!
